I collected these fourteen lost gloves over a period of one week in February while going about my daily life in  Cambridge, Massachusetts.

 

I made a stenciled and embroidered sign for each one and  installed it, with its corresponding glove attached, near the spot where the glove was found.

Some gloves were taken from their hanging clips by passersby or perhaps their owners. Other passersby attached or placed additional lost gloves or other lost items near the signs.
